YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an Amended Complaint for Tax Deed Quiet Title has been filed on the following property in Leon County, Florida:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 23 TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 1 WEST AND RUN NORTH 60 FEET TO A POINT WHICH IS THE POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUN NORTH 200 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST 110 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 200 FEET, THENCE RUN EAST 110 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
